I had known about Inistioge from work friends and had always been asking my boyfriend could we visit, after a while he eventually gave in and now we have Sparky ! Brenda was great the day we visited she showed us all the dogs for adoption ad was able to tell us their story, it was so obvious her passion for caring for these animals. Could not recommend a visit enough, a truly great cause !!
We heard about Inistioge Puppy rescue from a friend and after months of being asked by the kids, decided to visit. We met Brenda and John and chatted to the while the kids played with the dogs at the centre. It was such a lovely experience I had never seen so many happy dogs in one place ! The kids adopted a Labrador, Springer, who they fell in love with right away. Brenda and John were brilliant throughout the adoption and I couldn’t recommend a visit to Inistioge more !
“I adopted my dog at Inistioge two years ago. After having adopted from shelters in the past, I knew the sad and cold feeling it normally is to walk into one, but this was not the case in Inistioge. In Inistioge I felt warmth and love. They had my family and I wash our hands before and after seeing the animals. We were there to specifically look at one dog we saw on their new website, but we wanted to look at the some of others as well. The owner, Brenda, that helped us through most of the process. The Dog, later named Snoopy, had just arrived a couple of days prior from a kill shelter. I am so appreciative of them saving him because it was love immediately. I am going to begin volunteering at Instioge this month as I was so impressed with them and way they truly care for the dogs there and I want to help! Thanks so much Inistioge!”
